14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

footwear/accessories: include all dust bags, boxes, cards.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Not eligible: final-sale or sample-sale items, made-to-order pieces, customized/altered items, undergarments, fragrances, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return

Email info@wangda.clothing within 14 days of delivery with your order number and item(s).

We’ll issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid return label (USA) or instructions (international).

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in return shipping. Please use an insured and trackable service, as refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered once per order for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund per the terms below, and you can place a new order.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise price once your return is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you use our prepaid label, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (amount shown in your authorization email).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@wangda.clothing within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping, as applicable.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes. These fees are non-refundable.

We recommend a tracked service; WÀNGDA is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Packaging & Condition

Please return items in their original boxes/bags placed inside a protective outer carton. Do not ship shoes or accessories with labels affixed directly to the brand box.
Late Returns

Requests made after 14 days or returns shipped after the return window may be denied or issued store credit at our discretion.
